HCM Electrical started trading as Jadmac Electrical Services Newcastle Pty Ltd in March 1989. The company opened with three director/ shareholders. Dudley Stewart, Ted Cauldwell and Bill Brown. Our primary focus was the shipping industry and the Newcastle company was opened to support the Sydney company on follow up ship repairs. Our 1st workshop was in Wickham,close to the harbour, and we employed one electrician and an apprentice electrician.
